Miller Metcalfe launches online selling service

In partnership with IAMSOLD we have launched a brand new online service to sell properties with no commission to pay!

Miller Metcalfe, in partnership with IAMSOLD, has launched a brand new online service to sell properties.

At Miller Metcalfe, we pride ourselves on offering the best advice to our clients.  By adding this new online service, our vendors have the option to sell their property online with no commission to pay, whilst still benefiting from the experience and expertise of our local property professionals through every step of the process.

Why choose online?

The online method is considered to be a more flexible way to sell.  The purchaser pays a reservation fee to secure the property, they are then granted 56 days to exchange contracts and complete. This gives our clients the security of a committed buyer and by offering a longer time period, not only can it extend the appeal by giving the purchaser the flexibility to arrange a mortgage, it also allows interest from first-time buyers and investors.

By selecting to sell with no fees, we charge the buyer a reservation fee, meaning the vendor keeps all of the sale proceeds. With the purchaser paying the fee this allows us to list properties with 0% commission and sellers are able to put a reserve price on their property – the price below which they’re unwilling to sell. This agreement ensures peace of mind and security that they will never sell below what they want to achieve.

We encourage anyone thinking about selling their property to contact us for a chat, find out how it works and see what option might suit you best.
