Whether you’re a landlord with a single property or a large portfolio, by having a rent guarantee policy in place it will provide you peace of mind. When you let out a property there is always the chance of the unexpected happening. Chasing tenants for unpaid rent or gaining possession of the property can be costly and time consuming by having rent guarantee in place will save you time and money.

After a period of six months we will give you the option to renew the rent guarantee policy, we strongly recommended this is renewed. It can be renewed for small cost of £150.00 plus VAT for 6 months or £185.00 plus VAT for a period of 12 months.
