As a specialist auction house with our own resident auctioneer, David Redman. Our next auction will be held at the De Vere White's Hotel, Reebok Stadium on 25th March 2010.
With a brand new auction website and a fresh team of our experienced property experts, the auction looks set to take the region by storm.
Heading up our winning auction team is Managing Director, Will Saunders MNAEA. Will is proud to introduce our experienced auctioneer David Redman who has brought the gavel down on hundreds of properties of North West properties. Completing the auction trio is our newest recruit Sufiyaan Kaduji. Educated at Bolton School and more recently the University of Sheffield, Suf turns his hand to auction following a successful career in lettings management.
With no less than 50 lots expected at the next auction, Miller Metcalfe will be holding regular auctions throughout the year - excellent news for buyers and sellers.

Kicking off 2010 in style with a brand new website, Miller Metcalfe's plans for expansion look set to be a winner.
With a wide range of services we can now bring to the market including HIP's and Conveyancing in addition to Survey and Valuation, the Miller Metcalfe brand is one to watch.
Relishing the challenges of a new role is Nikki McKnight, currently relishing her position within business development. Nikki's role has expanded to encompass operations for the survey division. "In addition to my business development commitments, I'll be responsible for the sales function of both MM Survey and Enlighten Enviro." The changes come as Managing Director, Mike Picot dedicates more of his time to new business and client relationships, Nikki adds, "we now have so many services to market and it's crucial to market the brand as a 'one stop shop' for our clients."

Miller Metcalfe Leaps into action to support local charity
As patrons of Bolton Lads and Girls Club (BLGC) Miller Metcalfe are proud to support the charity with their Leap book project in collaboration with University of Bolton.
All profits from the 80 page publication will help the next generation of young people to make that personal leap and become happy, caring and responsible citizens of tomorrow.
Leap is an exciting project for Miller Metcalfe to be involved with as it features one of our newest recruits, Darryl Hosker who joined us in August 2009 via the Pathways 2 Success Programme.
18 year old Darryl was recruited as a full time Sales and Marketing Trainee after the job was promoted during youth sessions. A member of BLGC for 7 years, he sailed through mock interviews with flying colours and is well on his way to success with our company.
