
John has over 35 years experience in industry, principally Austin Trumanns Group, where he was CEO for 27 years. He oversaw the company's growth, making it the largest independently owned steel distributor and processor in the UK when he sold the business in 1997.


Simon is responsible for delivering group financial strategy. Previously employed for 10 years at a leading North West practice, Champion Chartered Accountants, Simon was responsible for a large portfolio of clients ranging from small SMEs to large corporate entities. Simon was appointed as Finance Director in April 2010 and is currently focusing on creating real time Management Information to assist with strategic growth, acquisitions and product diversification.

Jane is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 15 years' experience within the property industry. Jane specialises in property valuation and development consultancy and is used to dealing with complex valuations, finance and development projects. Her clients include a range of major lenders, developers, investors and the public sector. Previously Jane worked with King Sturge LLP, an international property consultancy where she was Partner and Head of Development Consultancy in the Manchester office, Nationwide Building Society as a Senior Lending Manager, and as a Development Manager with a regional property investor/developer. Jane completed her graduate training to become a Chartered Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton after completing a cognate degree in Land Management. Jane is also a non-executive board member of the RICS North West Regional Board.


Janet is Director of Residential Sales. She has over 25 years experience in the property industry, selling residential houses and managing a large sales team. She has also eight years experience in financial services. Janet has previously worked in large corporate companies and was instrumental in their growth and development for them to become market leaders in residential sales. Janet also ran her own independent estate agency which she sold to a competitor prior to joining Miller Metcalfe in 2008.


Jonathan has over 15 years experience in the property industry dealing with all aspects of the market including, lettings and management, residential and commercial sales and sourcing and sales of investment properties. Jonathan started his property career in 1996 with Taylor Goodman, a property investment company in central Manchester, sourcing and managing investment and commercial property. Jonathan then joined Aubrey Lee & Co in 1998 dealing with residential sales and lettings. Jonathan joined Crossley Countrywide residential lettings in 2005 as Branch Manager dealing with 100% lettings and stayed there until 2010 when he joined Miller Metcalfe as Assistant Lettings Manager. Jonathan became Associate Director of Lettings at Miller Metcalfe in July 2011.


John is a Chartered Surveyor and RICs Registered Valuer specialising in commercial agency and property valuation. John is active in the office and industrial markets across the North West. His clients include a range of developers, investors and major lenders. Previously, John has worked for a developer and investor at Charles Topham Group where he assisted the Director in the acquisition, disposal and management of their assets. John completed his graduate training to become a Chartered Surveyor at Miller Metcalfe after completing a Master's in Property Management and development. John also studied a Geography degree at the University of Sheffield.


Samantha has 20 years experience in the financial services industry with a strong focus on survey and valuation services. Samantha previously worked at CVS as Survey Operations Manager, responsible for managing surveyor support for 35 home based rating surveyors. Prior to CVS, Samantha worked at LMS as Operations and Development Manager, responsible for managing the valuation panel and for the development of B2B relationships. Prior to LMS, Samantha spent 12 years working for Abbey National, where she held a variety of operational roles with increasing responsibility, and managed Abbey National's staff mortgage team. Her most recent role at Abbey National was Operations Manager within the valuation services division, where she amalgamated five regional offices into one centre of excellence, managing the specialist support function for over 50 home-based surveyors.


Nick has over 15 years experience within an accounts function and joined Miller Metcalfe in May 2010. Nick's role is to control all of the internal systems and produce a robust Management information pack and Key Performance Indicators - providing divisional managers with a clear focus and direction on achieving targets.


Stacey has 7 to 8 years experience in her role alongside a further 10 years plus office experience. Stacey completed her AAT Accounting course and is also a full member of MAAT.
