Samantha has 20 years experience in the financial services industry with a strong focus on survey and valuation services. Samantha previously worked at CVS as Survey Operations Manager, responsible for managing surveyor support for 35 home based rating surveyors. Prior to CVS, Samantha worked at LMS as Operations and Development Manager, responsible for managing the valuation panel and for the development of B2B relationships. Prior to LMS, Samantha spent 12 years working for Abbey National, where she held a variety of operational roles with increasing responsibility, and managed Abbey National's staff mortgage team. Her most recent role at Abbey National was Operations Manager within the valuation services division, where she amalgamated five regional offices into one centre of excellence, managing the specialist support function for over 50 home-based surveyors.

Brian is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 35 years experience within the property profession. Brian specialises in residential property valuation and is also qualified to undertake domestic energy assessments. Brian has carried out work for clients including major lenders, investors, the public sector and private individuals. Brian initially started working with Manchester City Council where he managed a group of valuers dealing with the north and east of the City, eventually becoming responsible for individual projects in and around the City Centre itself including the first steps in the redevelopment of Castlefield, reporting directly to, and assisting, the Chief Valuer to the Council. Subsequently Brian moved into private practice initially opening up a survey office for the Prudential in Bury and afterwards moving the office to Bolton, then the northern suburbs of Bury, under the ownership of Reeds Rains. Prior to moving to Miller Metcalfe he worked for short period with e-surv, a nationwide surveying corporate, following a merger with Reeds Rains.

After graduating from Sheffield University with a degree in Natural Environmental Sciences, Neil passed his Science postgraduate Certificate of Education and taught secondary school science for several years. Neil has a keen interest in environmental issues and subsequently trained to be both a Domestic Energy Assessor, a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor and a Display Enerygy Certificate Assessor, by gaining diplomas in Home Inspection, Non-Domestic Energy Assessment and Display Energy Certificates Assessment. Neil has gained a wealth of experience in producing Energy Performance Certificates in the several years that he has worked for Miller Metcalfe. He has produced over 400 Commercial Energy Performance Certificates and just under 1000 Domestic Energy Performance Certificates. Neil has inspected commercial properties ranging from local corner shops to Central London mulit-storey office blocks. He has inspected residential properties from 2 bed terraces to multi-million pound Prestige properties.

Kelly joined Miller Metcalfe in 2009 as a field salesperson initially developing EPC business before moving into the office sales team where she now handles sales for the full range of survey and valuation products. Kelly continues to play a key role in developing B2B and B2C new business opportunities. Kelly has been involved in the property industry for seven years, initially as a Senior Site Administrator overseeing all administration related to construction projects. Outside of work Kelly enjoys martial arts, walking her dogs and spending time with her family.

Previously, she worked for Countrywide Surveyors in a similar role for nine years scheduling appointments for up to ten remote surveyors. Nicola has been involved in the property industry for 14 years, initially working in Farrell Heyworth Estate Agency and Countrywide Lettings. Nicola is a keen horse rider who cares for several horses and is involved in pony parties for young children.

Belinda is the team leader in a busy survey admin department. She has been with the company for 6 months, bringing with her to the company a wealth of experience in sales, administration, customer service and management.
She previously worked for a finance company for 23 years in a variety of roles, with major emphasis on customer service and development. She has also worked as a recruitment consultant dealing with negotiating fees and working to tight deadlines.

Prior to working for us, Nikita was involved with the army cadets for 5 years through school where she learnt a variety of skills, leading to her becoming a cadet instructor. Outside of work, Nikita like to spend time with her friends and family and also enjoys online gaming.

Louise started with Miller Metcalfe in April 2011 employed as a Booking Co-ordinator. This involved daily contact and diary management for all employed and consultant surveyors both in-house and nationwide. She has recently expanded her role to incorporate sales which now involves first contact with potential customers, winning sales then seeing the inspection through to inspection date whilst maintaining customer contact throughout the process. This new role requires enthusiasm, ability to adapt to change and good customer service skills. In the past, Louise has taken on various roles which have contributed to make her what is commonly known as a good all-rounder. Out of work, Louise loves to spend time with her 3 year old daughter teaching her all the rights she did wrong! Cooking and outdoor pursuits are her simple pleasures in life and a yearly zoom down the snowy mountains is her way of clearing away any cobwebs.

Michelle started at Miller Metcalfe in April 2010 within the Surveys and Valuation department as an advisor within the sales team. Michelle has now progressed to become a sales and booking co-ordinator. Her role involves being the first point of contact for new customers advising them with the purchase of survey and valuation services for residential property purchases. She also deals with the booking of instructions and diary management of our expanding team of employed and consultant surveyors based throughout the country. Previously Michelle worked at Regan's Vetinary Surgery as an animal nursing assisstant and prior to that as a therapist at the Last Drop Hotel. She gained sales and customer service experience whilst working as a sales consulatant at RRG Toyota.
