Jayne is a fellow of The Association of Residential Letting Agents and has 15 years experience. Jayne has worked at Miller Metcalfe for four years and previously worked for a large home rental agency. Whilst there Jayne was Franchise Manager/Associate Director and was responsible for Franchised offices. Jayne completed her advanced legal comprehension in 2005 and in turn became a fellow member of our governing body.

Kim works in the Lettings and Property Management department for residential and prestige properties. She operates across a number of markets including Bolton, Bury, Salford, Worsley, Culcheth and Hale and helps manage over 400 properties. Kim undertakes market appraisal, places properties on the market, liaises with both landlords and tenants, ensures all statutory obligations are met and assists with day to day management of properties. Kim also assists with managing key clients with large portfolio's of properties such as River Street Investments, Irwell Valley, Deloitte, GVA, Touchstone and private landlords. She also works with clients with high profile tenants such as Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic. Finally Kim completed her HNC in Building studies whilst working full time at Miller Metcalfe from the University of Bolton in the summer of 2010.

Matthew has eight years of experience in estate agency with five and a half in sales and 18 months in an estate agency call centre. Matthew's current role involves carrying out inventories and moving new tenants into properties. Matthew also undertakes viewings and valuations.

Gemma is a Lettings Administrator with four years experience in residential lettings and management. This includes all aspects of property management, accounts and customer services. Previously Gemma has worked within the IVA and Debt management industry, from pre to post IVA administration.

Recently joined the company working in the Lettings department. Saaima is involved in answering the phone, dealing with clients on a day to day basis and dealing with enquiries that come through. Saaima started off as an apprentice doing an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and then went onto doing a Level 2 Diploma in ITQ. Saaima previously worked for Intercounty in the sales department.

Stephanie joined the lettings department with over 5 years’ experience in sales and customer services. Previously Stephanie worked at a local fitness club in the administration and sales department. She has also worked within the insolvency and the financial industry. Stephanie's current role involves viewings, valuations and interim inspections of properties, Stephanie also assist’s with managing our portfolio of properties.

Sarah is involved in dealing with clients on a daily basis and helping with the new management system. She has experience within customer service for international and global companies for the past 10 years and has also dealt with debt management for the past 3 years on an individual level as well as a company level.
